About Me
HELPING WOMEN DITCH SURVIVAL MODE SO THEY CAN BE MORE PRESENT IN MOTHERHOOD
I am a multi-passionate woman, humble mom of 3 little ones and a therapist specializing in maternal mental wellness. I have a wild love for the beach, adventure and kettlebell workouts.
My purpose is to nurture my family from a place of instinct and intuition while following my passion to encourage other women to create an intentional and sustainable lifestyle.

MY APPROACH
You want a therapist who is relatable and also knows her stuff. Someone who shows up authentically, with energy and is fully invested in you.

Understanding that every woman’s story and experiences are unique; my focus is to create a connection with you that feels safe and real.

I am here to hold space for you ... to be vulnerable, to unload and to process the"stuff" you've been avoiding (it's ok, we all do it).

I will always encourage you to be curious about your inner dialogue, beliefs and patterns. Together we will identify those that serve you in this season and which ones are no longer necessary.
During our sessions we will focus on the present, process the past (yes we need to go there) and make progress toward the things you want to experience in the future.

Therapy can be hard, but nothing is harder than what you are already going through.

CAREER
For the past 16 years my career has been dedicated to supporting women through pre-conception, pregnancy, birth, postpartum and beyond. Working for a large healthcare organization I have had the opportunity to work with women in a clinical and leadership capacity. Through my practice I am able to deeply connect with women and create change in a more intimate and impactful way.
I am grateful to be a small part of each women's journey and would be honored to work with you.
