Therapy for Mamas
Within minutes you take on a completely new identity and role. Sometimes it feels natural while other times you may feel like you are grieving the loss of your old life. Your freedom, time, and relationships - it can all feel so different. While motherhood is filled with incredible love and joy there is also space for guilt, worry and fear. This can feel confusing and scary.

You May be Asking ...
Why is this so hard when it looks so easy for others?
When will life feel familiar again?
Will I ever be a good enough mom?
Will I feel this bad every day?
Is this what postpartum depression feels like?
Will these feelings of worry and nervousness ever go away?
Becoming a mother is an incredible transformation.
Your story matters.

MOTHERHOOD
It's inspiring, exhausting, purpose-giving and terrifying. One minute you think you have it all figured out and in the next moment you are questioning everything. It's one of THE biggest transitions and the ultimate transformation. Immediately you take on a new identity and role that impacts every aspect of your life. Ever find yourself asking "who am I anymore?" Once an independent woman with a successful career and thriving relationships, now living in a sleep-deprived, emotional and unfamiliar life. While motherhood is a beautiful journey it is hands down the most humbling experience. On a hard day the stress, worry, and guilt can leave you feeling drained and depleted. Perinatal depression and anxiety are all too common. In fact, postpartum depression is the most common complication in childbirth. You are not meant to walk this road alone.
Support is here when you are ready.
