I am a multi-passionate woman, humble mom of 3 little ones and a therapist specializing in maternal mental wellness. I have a wild love for the beach, adventure and kettlebell workouts.
My purpose is to nurture my family from a place of instinct and intuition while following my passion to encourage other women to create an intentional and sustainable lifestyle.
Getting Help
While therapy can be a lifelong journey for some, it can also mean inviting someone into your life for a critical period of time when you are in need of additional support.
