I am a multi-passionate woman, humble mom of toddlers, a therapist specializing in maternal mental health, and a lover of kettlebell workouts. My purpose is to be the best mom I can while nurturing my passion to encourage other women to create a lifestyle that empowers them to thrive in motherhood.
Getting Help
While therapy can be a lifelong journey for some, it can also mean inviting someone into your life for a critical period of time when you deserve the support needed to get back to your life. My work is focused on supporting women during difficult transitions and in accomplishing the change they wish to see in their lives.
